OUR STAFF
Liz has a passion for Res XII’s mission to provide the highest quality treatment programs and services to meet the unique needs of women and their families. Prior to Residence XII Liz was Executive Director at Smithwright Services in Lynnwood, WA. Liz was also Associate Director at Ruth Dykeman Children’s Center in Seattle, WA. She is dedicated to providing culturally competent, patient-centered, evidence-based care and services. Liz has a doctorate is in Organization Psychology and extensive expertise in strategic planning, growing service lines and enhancing financial health via grants, donations and outreach.
Prior to joining Res XII, Candace worked with the Center for Human Services Substance Abuse Department for eight years as a clinician and manager. She has experience in a variety of community and school based settings including prevention, intervention and wraparound services with youth and adult populations. Her passion is serving co-occurring disorders populations and has worked as an individual, couples and family therapist using an integrative approach with her studies in marriage and family therapy and chemical dependency coursework. Candace brings a wealth of knowledge in systems thinking, program start-up, quality improvement and person-centered care.
Lori has over 24 years of experience in administrative management of non-profits in the fields of health care and international strategic development. She has extensive experience in the development of policies & procedures, financial systems, human resources development, facility operations and donor management. Prior to joining Residence XII in 2003, Lori worked in financial and management roles at Interdev, Providence Foundation, Providence Hospital, Ballard Convalescent Center, as well as consulting with other non-profits.
Pauline comes to Residence XII with over 15 years’ experience in development, sponsorships, event planning and relationship building. She has extensive experience in the non-profit world and brings a wealth of knowledge of development, strategic planning and generating revenue models for financial success. Her experience prior to joining the team at Residence XII includes directorship at One Reel, Bumbershoot, Issaquah Salmon Days Festival and Microsoft. Pauline has a passion for making a difference and is delighted to join the team at Residence XII for the exciting changes that are ahead.
