Our Management Staff

Our Mission

The mission of Residence XII is to develop and provide the highest quality chemical dependency treatment programs and comprehensive services to meet the unique needs of women and their families.

Sharon Chambers, MSW, LICSW, CDP

Executive Director

Sharon has over 30 years of experience in the fields of mental health, chemical dependency and youth services. She has worked as a clinician, manager and program administrator during her career. Sharon has extensive experience and passion for both program design and staff development. Prior to joining Residence XII in 1997, she worked for the State of Washington in the Department of Juvenile Rehabilitation, in management roles at Ryther Child Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center, as well as her own consulting business.

Lori Fregin

Director of Administration

Lori has over 24 years of experience in administrative management of non-profits in the fields of health care and international strategic development. She has extensive experience in the development of policies & procedures, financial systems, human resources development, facility operations and donor management. Prior to joining Residence XII in 2003, Lori worked in financial and management roles at Interdev, Providence Foundation, Providence Hospital, Ballard Convalescent Center, as well as consulting with other non-profits.

 

Chris Sogn,

MSW, CDP, NCGC-1

Treatment Director

Chris has an extensive background in management in the private sector prior to starting her second career in the addictions field. She has an MSW and is working to complete state certification. She has worked at Ryther Child Center, Youth Eastside Services and Lakeside Milam and teaches at Bellevue Community College.

Patricia Dye

Director of Development

Pat has more than 20 years combined experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, having worked in banking, marketing, and nonprofit fund development. Her passion for women’s and children’s issues has been reflected in her participation as a board member for the March of Dimes, Program for Early Parent Support, the Washington Council for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (where she served by gubernatorial appointment), and Washington Women in Need. Prior to joining the staff at Residence XII in January of 2007, Pat served as the Development Director for Wonderland Developmental Center, a birth-to-three center focused on providing services to young children with developmental disabilities.

Nicci Noteboom, BA

Director of Marketing and Communication

Nicci has more than 15 years experience in marketing, public relations and strategic planning. Her experience prior to Residence XII, included Account Supervisor at White Space Healthcare Marketing and Senior Communication Coordinator at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital, Managing Editor at ZDNet AnchorDesk and contract work with MSN. Nicci has a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Western Washington University and will complete a Masters in Communication and Leadership through Gonzaga University in the 2011. She also has extensive experience in e-mail marketing and interactive communication.

Michelle Zajac, BA, CDP

Outpatient Coordinator

Michelle has over seven years of experience in the field of chemical dependency and she joined Residence XII in 2006 as an inpatient counselor. Michelle has a BA degree from Northern Illinois University, completed her CDP through Seattle Central Community College and is currently close to completing her MA in Leadership Management from City University. Prior to Residence XII, she worked with adolescent girls in a wilderness behavioral therapy program and was the Supervisor of the Adolescent Girls Inpatient Program at Ryther Child Center for three years.
