Residence XII employs approximately forty individuals in a variety of positions from clinical staff such as counselors, to associates involved in residence management, cooking and massage. Along with our management group, administrative support and research staff, the entire team at Residence XII is committed to developing and providing the highest quality chemical dependency treatment programs and comprehensive services to meet the unique needs of women and their families.
We encourage Chemical Dependency Professionals (CDPs) to submit their resumes to us at any time. Counselors must be certified and our current staff has a variety of degrees ranging from Masters Degrees to no college degrees but extensive experience. We seek individuals committed to working in a professional, multidisciplinary and creative environment. Knowledge or experience with the treatment needs of women is important and an understanding of co-occurring mental health issues is a plus.

On-Call Night Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
The On-call Night Supervisor shall have no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years immediately prior to time of employment as a night supervisor and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed at Residence XII.
1. High School Graduate.
2. Knowledge of a Twelve Step Program.
3. Effective oral and written communication skills.
4. Valid first Aid & CPR certificates.
5. Valid WA. State Drivers License.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be available to the patients for comfort and conversation when necessary.
2. Secure the building when first coming on shift.
3. Remain awake all night and make checks of the upper floor periodically to assure women are in bed and floor is secure.
4. Awaken the Residence Manager in case of emergency i.e. fire, security problems, medical or emotional crisis with a patient etc.
5. Provide entries in the log regarding events that occur during the night.
6. Communicate with the Residence Manager in the morning to report significant events.
7. Answer the telephone.
8. Assist with clerical tasks as needed, example, preparing mailings.
9. Maintain the bulletin Board in the Activity Room.
10. Assist patients with over the counter medications or prescription medications if needed.
11. Review patient medication compliance of the previous day and prepare a compliance report for clinical staff.
12. Complete a weekly medication Audit report.
13. Assemble admission and U/A packets to assure adequate supply.
14. Tidy activity and living rooms as appropriate. Oil windowsills as needed.
15. Order Supplies for 3rd floor, communicate with Kitchen Manager as needed to co-ordinate.
16. Other duties as assigned by the Inpatient Coordinator.
